Host an Event at Sherwood Showdown

Our prices start at $350/ hour. If your group is over 20 people, we recommend 2+ hours to ensure everyone has enough time to play in a few games!

We can host up to 60 people in the space, and up to 20 people per game. For events over 20 people, we will switch out every few games so everyone has a chance to play.

INCLUDED IN YOUR EVENT
Private facility rental
All equipment (bows, safe foam-tipped arrows, face masks, protective gear)
Safety briefing and rules orientation
Structured games designed for communication, strategy, and fun
On-site event facilitators/referees
Access to party area for breaks, ability to bring your own food and drinks (non-alcoholic)
Setup and cleanup provided by Sherwood Showdown staff

OPTIONAL ADD ONS
Catering coordination (Cost of food + $50 for coordination)
Trophies for winning teams or VIPs ($25/trophy)
Extended play time beyond initial booking (depends on availability)

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Payment: 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your date & time, remaining 75% is due 7 days before your event
Cancellation Policy: Events canceled within 72 hours of scheduled time are non-refundable
Waivers: All participants must sign a waiver prior to entering the arena
